"We had requested for fresh flower delivery on Friday (since event was on Saturday), were asked to collect our order on Wednesday and employee assured us that the flowers will stay fresh if we store it in the freezer. We followed the directions however all the flowers turned black in color and lifeless on the day of the event. Disappointed and complete waste of money (our order was almost $50)."
