"What has happened to this place? People in line and in the aisles are nice and helpful. But management needs to help this place. Dirty gloves on the ground, long check-out lines, no carts (how does that even happen), no baskets, three checkouts open, two self checkouts, and you could see people standing in the office upstairs just looking down at the lines. FYI, those one way windows don’t work that well…. There were carts scattered around where people clearly left because they couldn’t wait anymore. And so much cold food that was going to be wasted because they couldn’t put it back in those carts. This Jewel has lacked strong leadership for a while, which is why I normally avoid this location. This particular trip was the worst I’ve seen it."

"Quite a large store. Not much of deals but a decent store for shopping. Good parking space. Typhoon had hit here recently but all of that has been fixed and see no traces of it."

"This is not the best grocery store I could recommend and I could go into here in Naperville considering the few times that I went here and experienced something near to worse like expired, moldy, poor-quality products, even meat, but it was before and I could not change the fact that it is still a good store. I recently visited the store, and I must say that it is cleaner and much more organized than it was before, which is really a great thing. The products seem to be doing pretty well now, and even the produce, meat, and seafood departments are doing fine. The whole place is clean and bright, and it is very clean as well. Aside from the fact that it is well-organized, it is also not crowded, and I must say, I can probably choose to have my groceries here from time to time, but definitely not always. I can tell you that it is a convenient grocery store for me, even if it is not the best. It is still one of the good options for groceries, and I like the fact that they improved this store to something way better than before. Keep it up!"

"It's been a very long time since I've been to a Jewel-Osco! The store was nice and clean and had a clean smell to it. I noticed the self-checkouts were open and available upon arrival. The store was actually pretty big and it seemed as if they had everything you could possibly need. We were just looking to buy some water so it was even convenient for us to just go in real quick and find what was on sale."
