Called multiple times for confirmation if the order will still be delivered, no answer, drove to the shop and verbalized my frustration for not being able to get a confirmation, the old man “owner” responded that “we don’t answer the phones because i could make another 1000 thousand dollars rather than answering phones and so people like you can be our first priority “. if customers entrusted their hard earned money through ordering online and vendor does not provide a tracking or refused to answer phones to provide one, then this vendor failed as a business. The owner was rude and mad that i have questioned them about their service. I used to buy my flowers for my mother in this shop but never will I order anything from them. very bad attitude for a businessman."
