"Disappointing. I was very excited to work with Mayfield Flowers for my wedding florals. Communication at first was slow, emailed multiple times and finally got into contact via phone. The beginning stages of discussing my plans were great but after I got quoted, I got ghosted. I emailed, called, and left VMs probably 6-7 times from the end of Jan-mid Feb and have never heard back. The service and communication I received were super disappointing. I would never move forward with a vendor who communicated like this for such an important day as my wedding."

"We would highly recommend Mayfield Flowers! We worked with Keely who is a lovely person and 100% committed to making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. From the moment we began planning our wedding, Mayfield Flowers and Keely were standouts in terms of listening to us, staying within our budget, and bringing our vision (simple and classic) to life. We spent a lot of time shopping around, and we were disappointed by so many florists in Chicago and the Chicagoland area. Once Keely and I connected, she stayed in constant communication with us. She was also beyond kind and accommodating about the multiple postponements caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Keely was the only vendor not to charge a postponement fee. This was amazingly generous of her and Mayfield Flowers. We cannot describe how much it meant to us during such a stressful time, and it's something that we'll never forget. On the day itself, we were confident that Keely understood and shared our vision, and we gave her our complete trust in the arrangements, the centerpieces, and the Chuppah (which Mayfield Flowers designed themselves).
