"I had a terrible experience with Fantasy Pools . Their service was extremely slow, and it took them three days to fix a liner issue. The “professional” they sent was rude and didn't seem to know what he was doing. To make matters worse, their pricing was exorbitant for the quality of work they provided. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"Do not waste your time and money with this company, and save yourself a headache by seeking business elsewhere. This company put in a pool liner for some friends of mine, and not only screwed them over once, but twice with a faulty installation. Because they rushed and didn’t put the time and effort needed to install a liner correctly, these poor people didn’t get to swim for two summers due to the seriousness of the leak. It wasn’t until they sought out professional help that it actually got fixed, and guess what?! It took a grand total of this professional 15 minutes to find and diagnose the leak as an issue due to faulty installation! When this was brought up to the owner, she was quick to have an attitude and deny all responsibility despite the letter from the professional stating the leak was due to the installation. Save yourself some trouble and take your business elsewhere!"

"If I could rate this company negatively, I would. One star is generous. For two years my family has been fighting this company, and yet nothing is getting done. The owner has been extremely rude, unprofessional, and outrageous to work with. This company installed our liner to which it was installed incorrectly not once, but twice, to which it would still be leaking if we had not sought out professional help. We are now out $675 for a professional, two summers worth of using our pool, and brain cells for dealing with the stupidity of this company. The owner has been rude to us personally, they have shown up at our house without letting us know, they have sent nasty emails and left ridiculous voicemails, and the whole process has been a huge mess. She has no intentions of making this situation right, despite a report from a professional stating the leaks were both due to faulty installation and has not offered any compensation. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"

"I can’t say enough about Bonnie and the staff at fantasy pools. I went to another pool place because my pool water was green and they kept selling me chemicals after chemicals after chemicals and nothing was making it better. I walked in to fantasy pools on Tuesday and Bonnie immediately knew what the problem was when she saw the chemical reports and told me my alkalinity was zero and my pH was too low. Give me the chemicals I needed within 48 hours by pool is clear. These are the photos. The first one being with my water looks like after the other pool place sold me $300 worth of chemicals. Bonnie diagnosed it was something called PH Green the second picture is 24 hours later and the third picture is 48 hours later. Thank you very much. "Fantasy did an absolutely amazing job setting up our above ground pool. Kaitie, was so knowledgeable and professional and walked us through everything. The guys who installed were very quick, professional, and clean! I could not be happier with the service I received from this company. So friendly and helpful. Plus super fast, and with quality work too! I would absolutely recommend Fantasy Pools to anyone in the area thinking of getting a pool or needing pool help.
