"Just want to "thank your floral designer" for the "BEAUTIFUL stand of Roses" for our loved one's interment in Carterville's Oakwood Cemetery two weekends ago, and that was ordered long-distance by my daughter-in-law Noel Wyttenbach here where we live in Fairfax, Virginia. "Staff is, always friendly and helpful. Customer service is always top-notch. Prices are very reasonable. I am a little disappointed with their sympathy gift selection. The wall of gifts they used to have has been made into a lotion and blanket wall. Please see the picture. They have a smaller selection of sympathy gifts, and over half of it has to do with cardinals being a loved ones spirit. If you are religious and do not believe that, then those gifts are out of the running. The other half of the gifts are split between mom, dad, and dog death. That doesn't leave a lot for someone who doesn't fit into those categories and for a customer who doesn't want to send flowers."
