"Ordered flowers to be delivered for my wifes birthday. Told them exactly where to deliver them, which is in town I might add. They delivered them to the wrong place to start. They asked for her and someone there said 'we dont know her but we will take them'. My wife had to go get them from the place where they were left the next day. When I called the flower shop to talk to them about it I never got an apology or offer for discount or anything. All I got was 'the manager will have to call you back'. Which never happened. I will never use this place again. If you want flowers in this area call Thill's in DuQuoin. Ive used them before and they are great"

"I ordered mothers day flowers on Friday to pick up. Told them wanted to spend $50, went to pick them up and while design flowers were nice, lot the flowers were wilted and drooping down. I know that florists are having hard time getting flowers in and completely understand that. But wished they either would told me they couldn't do the flowers or not charged me as much. Was kind embarrassed to take drooping wilted flowers as gift to someone."
"My mom had surgery so I decided to swing by and see what the flower patch had on display. The bouquet that I decided on was so beautifully arranged! (I'll try and post a picture of it) 5 days later the flowers still look fresh and another lily that I didn't even notice when I purchased it, bloomed today and it made the bouquet even better! I wanted to shop local and I was very pleased with my experience there! Thank you!"
"My family order flowers for my Aunts Funeral this week. It was over $140.00 for the flowers and it was supposed to be wild flowers with sun flowers in it.. We did not get that.. We got a small vase with mixed flowers that I could have bought at walmart!! So not happy with them!!!"
