"I can’t recommend Urban Tailz enough! I use their catsitting service and they always do an incredible job. The app is easy to use, they’re very communicative, and send lots of pictures and detailed updates. One of my cats has asthma and needs an inhaler everyday, and past cat sitters have struggled with this. But Urban Tailz always makes sure she gets her medicine, even once sending multiple people to make sure it was done. That really showed me my cats were in good hands. In particular, I love seeing updates from Laura as I can tell the cats love her and she gives them a lot of attention! I’m very thankful to have such a reliable pet sitter."

"I love Urban Tailz! Although my partner and I work from home, my partner has chronic pain issues and I am in tons of meetings throughout the day, so Urban Tailz has really made my life easier. It’s so easy to schedule with them, even when it’s last minute. Taro has a habit of picking up trash on the street, and all of his dog walkers have done a great job of keeping him safe. They are so loving with him - I can tell he has a great time. Also, their adventure walks are my favorite service!
