Bc the lady at the window would rather talk to the couple in the car in front of me instead of taking their order and moving things along. Probably the most unprofessional, clueless worker I've seen. 15 minutes of just talking! At rush hour! It's unbelievable. If you get the lady with the glasses at the drive thru window, you're waiting 20 minutes, minimum."
