"The floral arrangement did not look pretty at all.i ordered shades of purple flowers and was told that the arrangement would have baby pink roses in the arrangement. The arrangement had only a couple large white roses.the arrangement looked cheap and unacceptable for my aunts funeral. Very dissatisfied and Disappointed. The floral rep.was very kind and bubbly.excellent customer service skills. I would not recommend this florist unless you deal with them in person and not outta state."
"Schnucks floral department is the G.O.A.T. ! I wish I had caught the name of the employee that helped me. I was incredibly frustrated with another floral shop after not being able to come in and pick a floral arrangement for my grandmother's funeral. I went to schnucks to see what they had in the case and the supply was very limited. I decided to build my own arrangement. The employee at the floral counter was incredibly helpful. She was so nice and helped me gather everything that I needed, including the container, floral oasis, and a sympathy card pick. After two other florists had made this experience awful, I was so thankful that she was willing to help. I know she'll never see it, but my grandmother would have loved the arrangement I built."
