Schnucks Farmington

"The butcher and the counter assistant were amazing!! Loved them both!! Had a great experience in this part of the store, until it was check out time. We accidentally got in the wrong line for self checkout, but couldn’t easily go back out as we had one in a large scooter and had to keep moving. The machine kept beeping at me. Both sides of the bagging roundabout were not fully stocked with bags. Only one side had bags so 2 spots. I had less than 10 items and didn’t want to be self checking out anyway. I was spending $60 dollars for each 3 pack of steaks and didn’t want to put them in the same bag as the cooked rotisserie chicken. There was one employee that apparently hates her life, her job, and probably should retire. Then, the other employee was standing behind a desk area doing who knows what. The employee that was “helping” us went over to her and had time to be witchy but not help the customer in a timely fashion and with a good attitude. Good thing I wasn’t her manager as she would have received an official write up for her attitude. I am going to do the survey as soon as I finish writing this review. Manager: your front end staff could benefit from some customer service training classes as they failed miserably today."

"We ordered cupcakes from the bakery for a birthday party almost a month in advance. We went to pick them up the day of the party and the order was a dozen short. We asked where the other dozen was and all they said was "we tried". The manager came and said they could make more if we had an hour to wait."

"The deli staff was very nice and listed the way I wanted things sliced. Love the fresh Neptune crab salad when it is made without Big chunks. There is one worker there and she is the best at making it. She dices everything up super fine."

"The manager here is a joke! I brought back two packages of pork steaks, both smelled terrible and obviously rotting.... I've been cooking for over twenty five years, I know when meat is bad. They refused to replace them, said they didn't smell that bad. Really? Well, you have officially lost loyal customers. I will shop at Aldi from now on, at least they provide fresh meat. Would not recommend going here, spend your hard earned money else where. How embarrassing as a manager that you conduct your location like this."
