"Excellent cleaning service, always prompt and convenient. They do a very good job cleaning and are very responsive. I live in a studio and they charge a very reasonable rate."

"The cleaners are actually nice , great and thorough but due to the manager , They have deceptive practices when it comes to financials. They were charging $40 per hour per person but will send 4 people to your home unknowingly so they can get the rate up for a small apartment. That's not how you do business or keep customers. It's wrong and deceitful. Also there is no real business accounting with invoices , etc."

"Ana's always had a fixed rate of $75, then it got raised to $120, then they changed it to hourly rates. I asked for a "fixed quote" of $125 as I had in the past and the owner agreed that it could be done in an 1.5 hours with 2 ladys. These ladys were very slow in their job and the owner called me to tell me that the cost was now going up due to the condo being "dirty". I just remodeled my condo and everything is brand new marble, granite, and vinyl plank floors. This is obviously a bait and switch and I called the owner out on it as anyone can charge by the hour and tell their employees to go extra slow. I would not recommend Ana's and will not use them in the future."

"Absolutely outrageous prices for very basic, surface level cleaning. They just attempted to raise rates on me for the second time in just a few months and now charging $100 for my tiny studio apartment that takes 45 min to clean. You can find way better cleaners at much more reasonable rates."
