"Ordered chocolate covered strawberries for the day after Valentine’s Day. The strawberries are all of bad quality, definitely old strawberries that are mushy and starting to mold/rot. Also on every strawberry, some of the leaves were dipped in the chocolate so before eating you had to break pieces of the chocolate off to avoid eating the leaves. The same day they were delivered some of them started leaking liquid so they were starting to sit in little pools of strawberry liquid. Old leaves were also floating around the box they came in and a lot of them had old leaves sitting on top of the chocolate. I am understanding to it being a busy holiday for them but for as much as it costs, I expected better quality or at least for the fruit to be fresh."

"So I ordered flowers for someone on valentines day,days in advance an it was not delivered I am highly up set ath the horrible service. I called 5 or 6 times knowone answered nor did they call me back. It makes no sense that you are a delivery place an can't get orders out on time regardless of the holiday especially when ordered days before. You ruined my whole valentines day surprise an to me shows a lack of professionalism. I will NEVER order from you again an will recommend anyone reading this not to as well!!!!"

"I sent two different arrangements, to two separate family members in the area. Both were sick from the new Covid variant and needed a smile. My family love them. Said the fruit was sweet and brightened their day. The pictures don't do justice, the arrangements are larger in person."

"Very rarely do people post good reviews and quick to post the bad. My procrastinating self waited until last minute for a father's day gift. Submitted an order online at another location only to get a call that they had met their order limit for the day so it got canceled. Called this location and spoke to Carly, she was helpful and said I could submit an order for same day pickup. When I went back to check the order I realized that I had accidentally made it for next sunday. Called Carly and she said it was OK, she could get it done for today for father's day. Ended up running late and called again she said I could pick it up after they had closed! They went above and beyond for me. I want to say thank you to Carly and the staff!"

"Yesterday I got a call from these peeps telling me about their fresh box delivery. After a quick discussion, I called and ordered a box. Wow! Ripe, ready to eat and delicious. I love this small biz! We are excited to try the vege combination next."
