"This arrangement looked great but the fruit was the worst I’ve ever had.. But that wasn’t the worst part. The worst part was no accountability. Once I got someone on the phone I was told I had to wait until Wednesday.. then the lady in the phone stated she was the one who made it and the fruit was good..I told her we picked it up right before bringing it to the dinner and the fruit was horrible.. taste good presentation but The fruit was horrible tasting..I tried for the sake of dinner but the fruit was horrible. After the lady debated whether I was telling the truth..I informed her I still had it and could bring it in.. she said I would have to wait and speak with the owner.. once I took the fruit basket in to prove to the lady it was bad fruit a lady who identified herself as i believe Erma refused to address my at all starting I had to take the fruit back and come Wednesday or Thursday and speak with the owner.. I’ve bought edible arrangements for many many parts and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with this company..smh"
