"There’s hardly anything in there. Maybe $3,000 worth of inventory in a massive space that could fit ten thousand dollars. The previous pawn shop at least had stuff to buy before the ATF raided them. I have no idea how they could afford to have three people working at the counter."

"VERY rude unprofessional disgusting store manager there. Went in to shop for a gold chain and was treated as if I was a piece of garbage on the street. Come to find out, it was the store manager I was having this treatment from. If I owned a business and an employee treated people the way she does, she'd be fired immediately on the spot no questions and no conversation about it. She's a racist, bitter, unintelligent, unhelpful, angry waste of a human being."

"I used to love working here. We had a great, knowledgeable staff, reasonable prices and a good selection. Then First Cash took over, fired or forced the old crew out bc they didn't want to pony up the dough to keep us. They would rather replace us all and start fresh. Well, now look at them. Can't sell guns anymore, which was the main bulk of their business. P.s. they're supposed to do courtesy calls, but they don't."

"These guys are (with one exception) knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. 7 of the 8 guns I own came from Piazza's. I recommend them to everyone I know who is interested in owning a firearm, or collecting firearms. All of the above used to be true. Recently there has been a nearly 100% turn over in the staff. The stores' new policy toward gun purchasers is NOT professional. They seem to have "gone ghetto" with business practices that make it impossible for me as a self respecting gun owner to do business with them anymore. As a gun collector, 13 of the 14 guns I own, I purchased from them. Now I go to Cabellas' or reputable pawn shops."
