"Called to get information about one of their bouquets online and just by saying my name they thought I was somebody else and they would not let me speak. They said that they couldn’t take any more orders for the day and that they had told me that multiple times. Tried to explain that I was not that person and just wanted to get info about one of their bouquets, but they would keep talking, almost screaming over me and eventually hung up. Very rude, I would not recommend, they have to improve their customer service"
