"I filled out their form online to get an inground pool quote. After a week of no response, I called to check in on the status. The gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude and said when it was my turn I’d get a call. I said I was happy to wait my turn, I just wanted to make sure they received it, as most companies at least call you to discuss your online inquiry rather quickly. 3 weeks later, still no one has called. Their loss-we signed a contract with another company."

"When I bought the hot tub, an employee came to my house to inspect to ensure the spa would be an easy install. He told me I needed “minor” electrical work so that the hot tub could be plugged in. The minor electrical cost me 3,300.00. To me, that is a lot of money-so this employee said anything to ensure they made that sale, instead of being honest-so that was my first issue. I don’t appreciate being lied to. Fast forward about 6-7 years and now my almost $15,000.00 hot tub is leaking water. It was a nightmare dealing with Arvidson’s-and that cost me another 2600.00 and it still leaks. They need to learn how to treat their customers the same whether they are making an initial purchase (just as nice as could be except for lying about the electric that was needed), or when there is a problem (horrible treatment). I would not shop there."

"Great experience working with Rob and Nicole at Arvidson Palatine! It was our first time purchasing a hot tub - they were super knowledgeable about their product and provided awesome customer service after the sale. A month in we are extremely happy with the quality of the tub, the jet pressure and placement and led lights/waterfall feature are a fun add! Also impressed with the fresh (salt) water system - our skin isn’t irritated after daily soaks and we don’t miss the strong chlorine smell."

"Yesterday my husband and I had a new cover and lift installed. When the installer, Jacob, arrived I talked with him about our dissatisfaction with our current lift that was purchased from a different company. He explained the types of lifts and actually had the one we wanted in his truck, so he was able to install it that day. Jacob was helpful, professional, and friendly. I couldn’t say enough about him and how happy we are with the lift. Also, when I went to purchase products at the store on Rand Road last week, an extremely helpful and pleasant young lady explained the right kind of products to purchase for our hot tub. Unfortunately I cannot remember her name, but she, along with Jacob, were 2 very knowledgeable employees. They are exemplary representatives of the Arvidson name."
