"I never write reviews...not only will I write this but they will be recommended to everyone I know or meet. I needed next day service and they were to able to accommodate me. Alex responded to me right away and was super flexible and punctual. I was having my moms carpets cleaned cause there was so much dog urine and poop stains that needed to be cleaned. They were filthy! Alex went to work promising they would be better....I really had no hopes for this carpet. I returned an hour + later and my jaw hit the floor! I couldn't believe the fantastic results! I will be having Alex and Rhino Service again and again. HIGHLY recommend!!!! Thank you, Alex!!! THE BEST!!!!"
