"I am not sure who I spoke to on the phone today, but they went above and beyond in giving me advice on fixing an issue with my pool filter. I originally called looking for a product, which the associate told me that they didn't have, and that it didn't really apply to my pool equipment. I told them about the issue I was experiencing, and they were incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me in choosing a next course of action. I am a brand new pool owner and it's all really overwhelming for me, so I deeply appreciated the time they took in helping me. I followed their advice step by step and was successful in fixing my issue. Thank you so much whoever helped me today!"

"This place is way overpriced. Everything is 1.5 times higher than any place I have seen and I have had a pool for 15 years. Even the Great Escape across the street is cheaper. Add in the attitude your get from the staff and it's a no brainer. Don't go here."

"Great experience. I am new to having a backyard pool as of 2020 and these folks were a great help. In different visits I worked with Allen, Ryan, Austin, and Jim. Got water tests every visit along with advice on pool treatments and chemicals. Consistently they seemed to offer just what was needed and were not trying to oversell me on things that weren't necessary. The result was a clean, clear pool with no problems all summer long at a reasonable cost. My pool is now taken down for the season but I plan to have it back up again in 2021 and as long as nothing changes I will continue to go back to this Leslie's location as well as recommend it to anyone else that I know who has a pool. "Went to two other competitors trying to seek help on my pool and hot tub. I just bought a house that has a pool and a hot tub and have never had either of them before. Everyone else sold me expensive chemicals that did not work. After a week of wasting money and time I finally decided to try another store. I explained my situation to Ryan about both my pool and spa. He tested my water and told me exactly what I needed to do and what to add. I was sold all the wrong chemicals everywhere else I went. He even took the time to explain to me how to close a pool too. I did exactly what he said and two days later both the pool and spa are at the perfect levels. Ryan is absolutely the best! Very knowledgeable kid and friendly and polite. I will be going back to see him from now on."

"Disappointed with the Manager Jim. I had to return a pump, new in the box unopened. He rolled his eyes and stated "there goes today". So I asked why, he said "it's a $1,000 return". So I politely told him when the tech came to install it he found what was wrong with the other one and recommended to fix it. So the Tech was knowledgeable and honest. Apparently Jim, has no idea on customer relations. However, there is another young man that works there, Ryan, awesome person! Ryan's honesty and knowledge has given him solid integrity. I'll go back, but won't deal with Jim. Update, went back a day later to have water tested, made it to door, saw Jim, turned around and left."
