"Bart is an incompetent HVAC guy. We contracted him since our heat was not working. He came and did "something" which got the heat going and he collected his money and left. Next day heat won't work again. It was an emergency since it was going to be very cold. He never responded. We pleaded with him that its an emergency but no response. He is an incompetent person who runs this business and would not take responsibility for work done. When I finally talked with him, he said we had no contract with him. STAY AWAY!! INCOMPETENT PEOPLE IF NOT OUTRIGHT CROOKS!!!"
