"Our condo building has been using this company for a few years now. They do a great job. They are very friendly and arrive on time. Recently, there were a few white spots on our carpet that showed up after a cleaning. It was most likely caused by someone in our building putting a powder on the carpet or salt from shoes during the winter. The company came back a day after I called and cleaned the carpet again at no extra charge. I highly recommend them for your carpet cleaning needs."
"I had such a great experience with Jonny on the Spot! The service guys were super helpful and communicative. (Mike was awesome in particular.) I inherited a couple rugs from a family member and the rugs were in very, very bad shape. The cleaning took a little longer than it usually would because of the state of the rugs but I was totally okay with that! Mike gave me a good deal on the service and I just would highly recommend these guys. It was my first time having big rugs cleaned and I'll definitely be using (and recommending) Jonny and crew. "Wow. I’m so happy with the results! Our dog wasn’t feeling well and vomited on our white 100% viscose rug and they were able to get the staining out almost 100%! Viscose is apparently a very difficult material to clean due to its silk like fibers. We didn’t even have it cleaned immediately so the staining was set in and they still achieved amazing results (took us a few days to figure out who could work on a viscose rug). We had a lot of darkness on the rug as well due to foot traffic and it’s all gone! So happy to have found Johnny On The Spot and would absolutely recommend them."
