"Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the owner and would not recommend the company. The women who came to my house to clean were professional and nice. I had to call in to the office to make my payment and I was charged $35 more for 15 min extra the women had stayed. When I asked the owner why, it was because the employees are tracked via GPS. That day it was snowing very hard and I was also talking to them because I was expressing how great of a job they did. The owner instructed me I should not talk with the employees and that's it's my fault we had a conversation. The owner said it's the customers responsibility to time the employees and that if the employees run over their time, it's the customers responsibility to advise the employees. I found that unprofessional. A business should kindly advise their customer if they are going to pass the agreed upon time and if the customer would like extra time to clean(they charge hourly). The owner also agreed to give me a partial refund, that I never received. Unprofessional and would not recommend."

I hired them to prepare my house for a showing, since I’m hoping to sell it. Emin walked through the whole house with me to get instructions and then walked through it again when they were finished, to make sure I was satisfied with the work. My house has never been so clean. They had such attention to detail, going beyond what I expected. And my expectations are high! I’m also an environmentalist, so I really appreciated that they used earth-friendly cleaning products. My house didn’t smell like toxic chemicals afterwards. I will HIGHLY recommend these people to anyone. They truly earned every cent I paid them."
