"I had a peacoat dry cleaned for about 5 dollars. It was done on time and was slightly cleaner, but there were still some spots and dog hair left behind. There was also fuzz/thread on it (?) that wasn't there when I dropped it off. Overall, you get what you pay for. If you want quality use Liberty Cleaners down the street."

"I had a throw rug I needed to get refreshed because I just got a new puppy. When I got for it home after the 2 week wait, it appeared brand new. I opened up the bag and was amazed because the rug was smaller then when I dropped it off. Very disappointed. ,annoyed, waste of time and money."

"This is the best CD One Price Cleaners I have been to, by far! I have had mixed experiences at other locations, but this one is on point... Just grabbed a shirt from my closet and it is the second time they replaced a cracked button WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO ASK!!! They also treat the collar of older white shirts so they look brand new (again, without asking). The shirts always smell good/not over chemicalized. Big props to the managers and team over at this Libertyville location. Thank you!!!"

"1st and last time I will ever come to this dry cleaners. They lost my shirt, and the ‘old lady’ who wouldn’t give me her name so I could say that vs. ‘old lady’, was extremely rude. She acted like she did me a favor by finding it at another store they own. I made 3 trips here and not even an I’m sorry for your inconvenience! They won’t be getting any more of my money! Mistakes happen but rudeness and extremely poor customer service are unacceptable."

"Dropped off a dry clean only jacket and pointed out spots on both cuffs needing attention. The clerk took payment for the garment and noted the spots with a spot clean tag. Came back to retrieve the garment and walked to the car to inspect it and neither spots were even touched. As a matter of fact the jacket looked pretty much the same as when I dropped it off. I went back in and this time a young man was there. I told him the spots were not cleaned. He explained that dry cleaning doesn’t clean spots well. Said he would run it through again. Unfortunately I needed the jacket that night. He said go home and use some Dawn on it. Well if I wanted to do that to a non washable garment I’d have done that for free myself. He sounded like a broken record and eventually I asked him if he would be happy paying for a garment that wasn’t clean? He replied with a loud boisterous LISTEN I TOLD YOU THREE TIMES I’d run it through again. I replied that he wouldn’t need to tell me for a fourth time as I’d never return to this place. He needs training in customer service. He couldn’t have cared less to lose a customer."
