"Pay Attention, there's some serious dishonesty going on at this place! I had 4 items to be cleaned (two men's dress shirts and 2 men's dress pants) and my claim slip said $11. I went in 2 days later to pick it up. The owner took my slip and proceeded to get my clothes. He ran my debit card to pay and I thought I heard him mumble 23 but wasn't sure. I took my clothes to the car and proceeded home. I went to look up the amount in my account to record in my checkbook app and he had charged me $23! I went to look at the slip that is typically stapled to the plastic bag on the clothes and it was ripped off. So now I was confused, did my original ticket say $11 or was it more??? Then a couple days later I was speaking to my neighbor and she proceeded to tell me that the same happened to her husband and he was charged more than his original slip had said. He said something to the owner who at first tried to say it was the bigger amount then after a brief dispute apologized and offered to give him some money back. The husband left and said he'd never be back again. Neither will I. So Beware and watch the amount you are charged! Don't give this place your business."

"Came it to ask some questions. Recently bought a used leather jacket and went in to ask how much to get it clean and whether they had same day service. However, the employee working did not speak English. He understood me enough to tell me the price of cleaning a jacket. I asked it that was the same price for a leather jacket. He had no idea what I was asking him. And when asked about same day service, he again had no idea what I was asking. Took my business elsewhere."

"I am truly disappointed with them. I usually go to another one, but this time I decided to use this one because it was next to my son's daycare. I had a total of 7 shirts and they charged for 3 of them 14.85 without telling. If they told me I would never agree. So angry. How could they do it. The owner of the one I usually go always tell me if some shirt will cost more that usual."
