"Asked them to fix my vaccum, which they did, but they also gave it a full cleaning and then some. It was a lightly used vacuum. I asked for the repair, but was charged for repair and cleaning... Update: same problem with my vacuum popped up again so I opted to buy a new vacuum instead of getting it repaired."

I took it somewhere else & they found a new motor the same day & it was not an expensive repair at all. Shame on you Conrad’s for your $30 charge of scamming customers & not even attempting services."
