"We hired High End Office Cleaning & Maintenance to clean our offices and had a very poor experience. We were quoted and charged for 8 hours of cleaning, however the person was never here more than 3.5 hours. The cleaning was very unsatisfactory, after 6 weeks we discovered she had not been dusting and did not have dusting supplies as part of her cleaning supplies. The cleaning person was very unprofessional and complained to our employees. When we notified the owner that after the required 30 day notice we would discontinuing with the services he became hostile and very unprofessional. The one positive thing I can say is that the crew High End contracted with to wax and strip our floors did a great job."
