"Very disappointed in the service and unprofessionalism of The Cleaners. Clothing was supposed to be ready on Saturday 09/18/2021, went to pick up and they said will not be ready until Monday or Tuesday. Called Monday (to the Shadow Mountain location because no one answered at Westwind/Belvidere location) and was told only the shirts were ready but not the pants. Was told to pick up Tuesday after 10:00. Went Tuesday and The Cleaners was locked up and no one answered the phone. I called Shadow Mountain location and was told "maybe the person was in the restroom." I went to Shadow Mountain location to speak to Supervisor and no one seemed to know what was going on. After multiple phone calls I was told someone would meet me back at the Westwind/Belvidere location to open up and give me my clothing...which I did then receive. I spoke to General Manager Mr. Rodriguez who was of no help. He said, "we're working on it." We will not use The Cleaners again. Supreme Laundry and Cleaners will get our business!"

"I am extremely disappointed with this location. More so with the young man working today!!! I stop by the location this morning around 9:10am to pick-up my dry cleaning. Granted, their lights were off!!! So I left my credit card information with the young man "front counter clerk" letting him know "please let me know when your lights come back on" I am flying out today & really need those garments!!! I even called back to make sure the lights were on, also while on the call made sure the payment cleared, contacted a friend to pick my garments up before 2pm because the young man stated the cleaners would be closing today at 2pm instead of 3pm, which is displayed on the sign. My friend arrived at the cleaners today at 12:20pm to then call me to inform me the cleaners had close for the day!!! I would definitely like for the manager team to contact me a.s.a.p."
