"This company advertises window cleaning of 66-75 windows for $299. When they arrived at my house to clean 68 windows they demanded over $1000 to do the job, arriving a half hour earlier than requested, when I had told them no to the earlier times. What a scam. They said the pricing on their website was correct, not their advertisement. Do not use this fraudulent company. False advertising. They were not willing to honor their quote. BEWARE!"

"A guy did pretty good job cleaning all my windows inside and out. The price was very reasonable eventhough I paid more then estimated. And that's fine cause I'm kinda lazy and I would never find time or energy to do it myself. Well done."

"The service, gutter cleaning, was completed when promised and done within an hour of showing up but pricing was not as advertised. I had an advertisement from HomeMag that stated that 2 story house gutter cleaning was $90. As soon as person showed up he handed me a bill for $140 and I said the ad states $90. He told me it’s more than a 2 story house. I showed him the ad and he mentioned that it’s not a “standard” 2 story house and then proceeded to show me a pricing card that was based on square foot of house, which is nowhere in their advertisement. The price for a 3 story house was $120, which I was willing to pay but I was told that office sets pricing and he could do it for $130. Pricing advertised is very deceptive and would not use them again based on that, who knows what they will charge for window cleaning but probably a lot more than what they have advertised."

"My windows were cleaned today, the two young men that showed up were professional and a good job was done. However neither person reviewed how I would be charged by window and cost. They were early already started cleaning outside before I was home. Once the work was complete he gave me a bill for over double the amount of windows and said some windows are counted as three not one or two. This was very deceptive!!! Do Not use this company, there are may other cleaners that won't deceive there customer! You qill be over charged!!!"

"We recently had Kopanskyy out to clean our windows, inside and out, as well as paid the additional fees for the screens and tracks to be cleaned. While they were great about scheduling (and rescheduling due to rain), the actual service left a lot to be desired. To be clear, I am more of a perfectionist and typically do my own windows. Positives: Actual glass of the windows was cleaned well. They 2 person team arrived on time, were quick and a seemingly professional crew. Negatives: I had multiple screens fall out within hours or days of the cleaning, some from the 2nd story. There is mud on a rug from a ladder they needed to use to reach a foyer window. The dirty window cleaning solution dripped onto the white carpet throughout the interior of the house. The frame of the screens and the tracks are still dirty. Given that I paid for a service and now have all this work I need to do following having my windows cleaned, I cannot say I would recommend this company."
