"Brand new dress only worn once. Dropped it for dry-cleaning without any stains. Received it back with very visible black stains with a tag saying “Sorry, this is the best that can be done without causing damage to the garment”. This is the 4th dress ruined. Wish I could share the photos here for others. They need to replace it this time. Been trying to get hold of owner/manager. No one has called back."

"I usually only review places unless they are amazing or horrible. This place was just bad overall. This was also the first and only time I’ve gone here. Girls at the front counter couldnt understand anything I said or just weren’t listening. I dropped off 7 items and came back when it was down to 6. They lost my pants. They said they were going to track down my pants. She called back the day after stating they figured out who they gave it to and the person was going to return them. She also said she would call me back when it came back. I didn’t hear from them for a while and then I called them back and the manager had no clue what was going on. I then went in to see if I could get everything and the girl behind the counter brought me 4 items. I then got upset and stated there were 3 more items. She disappeared and then a guy came up dropped off the 3 shirts and said nothing. Nobody apologized or offered to remedy the situation. Just unorganized and 0 communication. I would never recommend this place to anyone after this situation."

I live an hour away from St. Charles but still bring all my dry cleaning here as part of my work commute because it’s always done perfectly and quickly and their prices are great! I love the new text messaging when stuff is ready to be picked up, too. The staff are very nice and get to know you if you come in a lot."
