"I honestly don’t know how there are all 5 star reviews… I guess they were having an off day when they came. They were a couple hours late, the basement took 4 days to dry and probably has mold in the pad now (we had a dehumidifier and a fan running the entire time), the upstairs has brown streaks and large sports that were not there. It looks like the machine leaked out the dirty water. Gus did come back to fix it, but 2 weeks later and the spots and streaks are still there. Clearly they’re stained and will need to be replaced."
