"I’m never disappointed when Shawn and Josh come to clean my apt. They both are knowledgeable, hard working and overall compassionate. Each time they’ve come, and it’s been numerous times-they are sympathetic about the reason they have to come and clean our units, which is due to sewer backups, and they always offer me booties as well. If the owners and management of my complex had half of compassion for their residents like Josh and Shawn-we wouldn’t continue to have these issues.
