"Very unprofessional! First cleaning wasn’t too bad. My husband wanted to fire them after the 4th cleaning but I believe in giving chances, boy, was I wrong. They change the time on you every cleaning! If you are a professional cleaning company, you would know what houses would look like before you walk into them but that is the excuse “we never know what the house is going to look like when we get there”! I have a nurse that comes here, she has 5 patients on my day and mine is the longest at 4-5 hours and a lot more can go wrong with a nurse but she is able to hit her time almost every time! If she is going to be late or early, she calls me. Text messages “we will be there after 2, more like 3/4” and if I wouldn’t have texted her that day at 1:00, she would have shown up before 2:00. After Michele stated 3/4, I made a 10 minute dr appt at 2:00 and proceeds to tell me you never told me that. I am sorry, I don’t need to tell you what I do on my own time! Had to cancel my dr appt which is now costing me a full visit and she still didn’t come because she said her phone had no service but she was answering my text messages pretty quickly except for the one that I told her I didn’t need her services any longer and she was at home already. I changed the date TWICE in 3 months and she claims she will fit you in, like she is doing you a huge favor, but yet is at home at 2:00 in the afternoon. I spoke to the owner regarding the same issue twice about cleaning so I started leaving things around the house and they didn’t clean. Then proceeds to have an argument with me because I left a bad review on her page, totally unprofessional! If you are going to run a business, you need to expect bad reviews. Call and talk to the person! They proceeded to tell my personal information on their review (HIPPA and my daughter in law started following her to see if she was going to hire her, our relationship has been rocky but we talked and were getting along really well, until Michele spouted off about my sons wife and now I lost my son for good)! If I read her response correctly, it appeared she was happy about that, that I got hurt. Yeah I am hurt because that is my only child so that is why you call someone instead of texting but she has deleted those comments so it looks like I was talking to myself but my husband took the screenshot before that! When I posted that I was looking for a new cleaning company, I had 3 messages asking if I used this company and to warn me because she jumps on these posts quickly just like she did my first post and all 3 told me they were not the best and all 3 fired her as well. I have never been so happy to fire a company in my life! As the other review stated, they argue with you and then threaten you about slander but all it is, is my own review. I am sure she is going to say she doesn’t know me like she did with the other person. Then proceeds to tell me they couldn’t clean well because of my dogs. One dog doesn’t care and lays on the couch, small ones are scared and the big one is on the floor until they call his name. She will say can’t help we are dog lovers but I am not paying you to play with my dogs. Then, like almost every dog, will go to the door to see who is here and there was ONE that stayed at the door. I am sure there will be a rebuttal of how they did everything perfect and I think they really believe that. They can’t handle a bad review. She sent one girl here one time, I think it was her daughter but not sure and she is the only one that actually cleaned. Asked 2-3 times when they were going to mop if they want the dogs in the bedroom and heard no they are fine. When the one girl came, I asked that question and she said yes so we sat in the bedroom until she was done. It was that easy! I am also sure that she will threaten me with slander when all of this is just the truth and my review of this company! But, happy to say, found an amazing cleaning company that even goes above and beyond then just cleaning!!"

"Very unprofessional. Lies about things that happened and threatens to sue for leaving a bad review after reaching out and being told “do not message me again” when trying to resolve the problem privately. Cleaning was so bad, my 3 year old niece could’ve done better."
