"I had very high expectations for a flower arrangement I ordered from Farmhouse Flowers and Gifts. Unfortunately it was not what was expected for a $220 funeral arrangement. It had little to no blue in it as requested, and a very cheap looking baby blue ribbon (one you would expect for a baby shower, not a funeral) after I specifically requested no ribbon. I am not the type of person to complain (at all, ever) but I have thought about the incident and was sad/disappointed at how the matter was handled and the lack of compassion from the owner/manager. I have seen pictures of some beautiful arrangements that this establishment has done (hence why I had high expectation). When I sent a Facebook message to establishment, no one responded so I took it upon myself to call. I spoke with manager and was kind and informed her honestly that I was unhappy with the arrangement. However, I was told that due to the labor, water tubes on roses (there were no tubes, I checked), and cost of easle that the price was correct. No effort or compassion was shown to me to fix the concerns. Again I paid $220 (including delivery) for a framed picture (which I provided) with some sprays of flowers and received less than 8 roses and a few other white flowers hot glued to the frame with hot glue strings all over the frame. I had a few people at the viewing laugh at the frame as it was that noticeable the lack of effort and embarrassment. It was a time of sorrow when our family needed to feel comforted In Celebration of our loved ones life but instead we had an additional stress of not receiving the best of luck or the best of service from this establishment."

"I recently ordered the Glorious Life sympathy spray to pick up on our way and take to a funeral in the TX panhandle (underserved town re florists) for a Saturday afternoon service. We were coming from south of Denton. I had called after ordering online to ensure that the arrangement would be made with similar or upgraded flowers (not cheaper substitutes) and set up pickup time of Saturday at 10:00 am opening time. I was also advised of the size to make sure our vehicle could accommodate the spray and easel. The arrangement was more beautiful than pictured and ready when requested when I arrived at 9:58 am Saturday morning. I received many compliments on the arrangement from the family, and they sent me pictures of flowers that they had removed from the piece to make a bouquet for taking back to the DFW area. Not being from Decatur, we had no previous experience with Farmhouse Florist but were very pleased with both their product and service and would definitely recommend. I wish that I had taken a picture of the actual arrangement, but trust me, it exceeded our expectations."

"Ordered flowers for a funeral for my aunt the week of the funeral. Sent email and text messages of what I wanted. No problem they said. Got to funeral and no flowers. Funeral home started calling and nobody could find the flowers I ordered and paid for. Worst day! I was expecting a gorgeous spray for my aunt's funeral but nobody called me back and it took a week to refund my money after calling twice and leaving message. Buyer beware of the reviews! Only the good ones get posted and don't expect an apology or your flowers. This was a horrible experience that I hope to never have happen again. You can't fix not having flowers at a funeral. Owner will not respond and the employees act like they are clueless. I would give no stars if I could."

"I had Farmhouse Flowers create their own design for my mother-in-law’s birthday and deliver them. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful and the delivery was on time. I will order from them again in the future."
