"Great guys. The end result was not what we asked of them in terms of specific finish and stain coverage. There are distinct areas lighter in stain (oval across multiple boards) coverage with irregular applicator marks (finger pattern), and they chose to use semi-gloss top coat rather than satin to match the other rooms. We are still waiting for a follow-up visit from them to correct the issues. Update - they resolved the issues!"
