"Our inflatable rental from a different company was misbooked and we were left with nothing with only an hour before people started showing up to our event! We called them on a whim and they were there in a bout 30 mins!!! Can't thank them enough for their willingness to get it done and help us out!!!"
"My experience is a little more Personal. Not only have my children had the pleasure of bouncing, sliding, and having a good time. I also have the pleasure of cleaning the inflatables thats in the inventory. "I have rented from Southern Illinois Inflatables for quite a few summers! We have had nothing but great things to say about them! The entire process is easy, and Lara is very good at accommodating any need we have. She also doesn’t mind the 399 questions I ask lol. They have always been on time and set up is a breeze. They show me how to set up and operate if we need to have down time so that helps a lot! We had an issue one year with a water slide that had a patch come loose and they were very quick to fix the problem and offer to give us another rental since we had an issue with ours (this was in the very beginning several years ago). We did the 18 ft dolphin slide last year and we played all day from drop off til right before pick up. We will gladly use Southern Illinois Inflatables any time we need an inflatable!"
"We just rented our first water slide through SII! Our experience with them has been great! They made it a stress free and easy process. My daughters birthday could not have been better! We already have another booked for our sons first birthday and can’t wait! We would highly recommend you give them a shot you will NOT be disappointed!! Had to come back and add to my review. We just rented our second water slide for my sons first bday. I seriously can’t thank SI Inflatables and their staff enough for making this yet another great experience. They really do make you feel like top priority and are a wonderful business. We can’t wait to rent another water slide!!"
"We rented the 18 foot dolphin water slide. We asked for extra time and Lara was accommodating without hesitation. The staff was quick and professional. They were right on time to set up and placed the slide exactly where we wanted. We all had a blast, kids and adults. We will definatelty use this company again!"
