"Aspen was a good dealer years ago, when we bought our hot tub. Not so much anymore. Like so many other businesses, they are short of skilled personnel, and any service is backed up for weeks. My spa circulating pump quit. Afraid of freezing the pipes to the external (non standard) heater, I was put on their ‘emergency’ service list, up to a week or more out. I asked if they had a replacement pump for my specific model tub. They said they did. I went to their store and picked it up. When we tried to install it, it was the wrong pump. I called and was told those were their new pumps, and that’s all that they had. No suggestion on how to replace the original pump. This after we looked up the original sale, model and pump. They didn’t know the new pump wouldn’t fit? Why sell the wrong pump? I found a hot tub repair company, they came out the next day, and we solved the problem. Disappointed in Aspen.Sad to see them slide."

"If you or anyone you know is ever in the market for a hot tub/spa, I wouldn't go anywhere but Aspen Spas. I'm not generally one to go on a rant or make company reviews but they deserve a 10 star review. Non-commission- based sales staff, owners on site, and relentless positivity/customer service is the perfect recipe for a successful business. It's a breath of fresh air when you buy something/do business with someone and they not only give you a great deal, but also make you feel appreciated. I shopped many "pool companies" locally including the one we bought our pool from, and no one even comes close to quality or experience . Just wanted to give credit where credit was due, and no I was not compensated in any way for this review. Thanks Aspen, you have a client for life."

"Enjoyed doing business with a family owned company. The prices were the best of all the places we had looked. The team was professional, polite and there was no pressure to buy. Dan showed us our options for different spas in detail, which in turn helped us decide what Spa would be the best fit for us. Installation went smooth, the installers did a great job. "We went to aspen after looking at a few other stores. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Dan. Super nice guy, did not pressure at all, answered all our questions about spas and even gave us a tour and showed us how they are made right there in those buildings. Dan went above and beyond to be a great and informative sales person. Could not ask for a better experience when buying a spas! We ordered ours from them and can’t wait to get it! UPDATE: Conner and Kane delivered and set up today. Talk about an awesome team. They were very efficient with the install, very helpful with all my questions and both were genuinely nice guys. "Very happy with my Aspen Spa purchase. Visiting the showroom was a very pleasant experience, not a high pressure sales strategy, and knowledgeable people. Working with the delivery team to schedule the delivery was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. On the day the hot tub was delivered, the team was very communicative, completely set up the spa the way I wanted, added the chemicals plus gave me a demonstration, and got the spa ready to use. Would highly recommend!"
