"Update.. 10-23-2023.. Still the best in the region. All their dry cleaning is done in-house. Most of the others send theirs out. I got tired of them, they lost shirts, pants and other things. They are always punctual. They have great service and great staff. I can always count on them to have my things ready and for them to be done right. I tried all the other cleaners when we first moved here, they actually had to fix what another cleaners had done (I gave them several chances to fix it 1st)"

"I dropped an expensive designer formal black dress off that needed dry cleaned due to sweat stains. I informed them when I dropped it off of the stains, the woman looked at it, & I said that was why I was bringing it to them since it’s a dry clean only dress. When I picked it up it looked the exact same as when I dropped it off which made me ask if they had cleaned it. That’s when a different woman told me they “don’t guarantee to get stains out with dry cleaning” & “dry cleaning doesn’t actually clean clothes”. It seems this business is severely uneducated on their profession. Dry Cleaning & Process “According to the State Coalition for Remediation of Drycleaners (SCRD), a group whose members share information about cleanup programs, ‘Dry cleaners use a variety of solvents to clean fabric’. Detergents are typically added to the solvents to aid in the removal of soils, according to an SCRD report titled “Chemicals used in dry cleaning operations.” Detergents aid dry cleaning in three ways: * Carrying moisture to aid in the removal of water-soluble soils. * Suspending soil after it has been removed from the fabric so it won't be reabsorbed. * Acting as a spotting agent to penetrate the fabric so that the solvents will be able to remove the stains. Detergents are either added into the solvent before dry cleaning begins or added into the process at specific times. Dry cleaning machines consist of four parts, according to the Dry Cleaning & Laundry Institute (DLI), an international trade association for garment care professionals: * The holding tank or base tank that holds the solvent. * A pump that circulates the solvent through the machine. * Filters that trap solid impurities and soils removed from either the solvent or the fabric. * A cylinder or wheel where the items that are being cleaned are placed. I was never told they don’t guarantee to get stains out when I dropped it off. I asked if I still had to pay since it wasn’t cleaned & she said yes. I was stunned. They charged me & I left upset with my still very stained dress. I called & asked to speak to a manager about my experience & the same woman answered that I dealt with when I picked up my dress. She would not let me speak to a manager treated me with complete rudeness, disrespect, ignorance, condescending laughs, the most unprofessional attitude, & then she hung up on me. I’m so glad I used my bank card! My bank is reversing the charge for me. I have had dry cleaners get red lipstick & makeup out of white satin & silk that was left on a garment for over 20 yrs in LA when I lived there that made it look brand new. Every dry cleaners I have ever used anywhere has cleaned my garment removing all kinds of stains & odors every single time. I’ve never been told dry cleaning doesn’t mean it’s cleaned. This business is awful with how they handled me as a customer & with the services they claim to provide! DO NOT USE THEM!!!"
