"Imagine going to pick up your wedding bouquet the day before your big day and you receive wilted roses. I was in shock that a florist would even hand that over to a customer. My mom is not a confrontational person so she just left disappointed. The bouquet looked even worse the next day. The bouquet was left out in all photos. It was really bad."
