"I had a big ordered needed for the next day and Brenda assisted me with ease. I had never ordered an arrangement for a funeral service and was hesitant on what my order would look like but wow was I overly impressed! All the arrangements were beautiful especially the urn wreath. Brenda was very kind and amazing throughout the whole process. "They really set the bar high for customer service at this cute little flower shop. I ordered a bouquet and requested delivery two weeks later on a specific date. They delivered a beautiful arrangement...the very next day. It certainly wasn't the end of the world, but I did call to express my disappointment, as the date I requested was of special significance to the recipient. Brenda was super sweet and insisted on delivering a second arrangement on the date I had originally requested, and followed up to confirm when it had been delivered. I feel she went above and beyond to make things right, and I very much appreciated her thoughtfulness and follow-through. If you need a florist in the area, this is the one."
