"This is the first time we have ever used a cleaning service. And this was a gift from our son since both my husband and I are physically unable to clean due to health issues. On 1/24/2018 Genny cleaned our home and did an amazing job. She is polite, personable and professional. She took her time cleaning and honestly did a much better job by herself than when 2 or 3 young ladies come together. She did a remarkable job on the floors and this was the first time I think they actually mopped the floors instead of just vacuuming them. We have 3 dogs (one doesn't shed) and 2 birds so mopping makes a huge difference and you can easily tell when the floor has not been mopped. I will welcome Genny back anytime. I'm still on the fence about continuing their service once my son's gift runs out. The 4 stars are definitely for Genny."
