"We have struggled with drivers running over our culverts when picking up our trash. Today they not only ran over the culvert, but backed into our yard and ran over a rose of Sharon tree that was about 50 years old. We were home at the time and they didn’t attempt to stop and check damage or talk to us. When contacted them by phone, they were very rude, asked what we expected them to do, no apologies, and then CHARGED me for today when I cancelled service. Do not recommend using them at all. Use David Bradley hands down the best service in the area! We just moved outside his service area and miss him greatly!!"
