"I gave 3 stars because i was there not long ago i put a 10 in the change machine and i got nothing back just was out of 10 dollars had to go get change out the laundry mat next door and get chang ive been up 3 times and havent been able to catch someone so i could report it but i guess its a loss"

"I vented about an issue I had with this place and made some judgement calls I shouldn't have. The owner of this establishment called me and was the kindest person I've ever heard on the phone, even after I vented in a mean way about a service issue with one of his washers. I've used this service dozens upon dozens of times and never experienced a single issue up until today's malfunction. The owner calls me tonight and completely apologizes for the incident and will let me get my car washed when I come in there. Talk about great customer service. Luckily, my wife had to be to work and took the SUV and it didn't get the wash it needed from somewhere else. I will return to Turbo Wash tomorrow. Wonderful feeling after a bad day."

"Strong pressure good soap and awesome clear coat with tri colors to get your car clean as if it was new! But the Vacums Suck! Lol All the dirt and ashes from your interior."
