"This has been my go to dry cleaning place for over a year. Their VIP program is great. They give me a laundry bag for my shirts. I simply dropped off the ones to be cleaned and puck up the clean ones. They have my card on file so I don't have to take the time to pay each time. Payment is handled automatically when I drop off. Very convenient and the staff are super to work with. I wouldn't go any place else."

"My boyfriend dropped off a very special, custom tshirt blanket to have a small hole repaired by their seamstress. It was supposed to be completed by mid-April (according to the ticket he was provided). When we stopped by the first time to pick it up, we were told that they couldn’t find the blanket but that the seamstress had been in the hospital and had just gotten out so there would be a delay. He has gone back twice since then, and is told that they are unable to locate the blanket and they have been unable to get ahold of the seamstress themselves. The only help they have offered was to provide him with the seamstress’s phone number, which of course she did not answer. He has been a customer of Quincy Cleaners for years, and trusted them with a special item. Unfortunately, this is still an ongoing issue but I would not recommend this business to anyone."

"I recently was in Quincy and visited this plant and having owned a drycleaners of my own I asked the owner for a tour. I was very impressed by the organization and cleanliness of this business. They offer full service from shirts, suits,wedding gowns and alterations they are open every day and have long hours. They recently added a new and expensive drycleaning machine to process your clothes. This is a safe and odorless cleaning and will treat garments with a soft touch. I took a picture of the new machine it is a real beauty."

"Best alterations and dry cleaning provider I've been to, within a 1 hour drive radius (south-eastern Iowa). Great service, great employees, and a great price, all within a great time frame. I see negative reviews here, and have a difficult time believing they have much truth to them. Quincy Cleaners is now my go-to, even over the current ones in my own town, 50 minutes away."
