"If I could give less than one star, I would. I dropped a dress shirt and two ties off and this is how one of the ties got returned. Completely ruined. When I confronted them about it, they refused to take responsibility or even return my money. Instead, I had to go to Men’s Warehouse next door and spend an additional 50 dollars on a new tie. Absolute trash of a business."

"We have been using Eagle Dry Cleaners since they opened. We had family who took their clothes to Chicago for dry cleaning because of the expense here in Peoria. They stopped once Eagle opened in North Peoria. Besides the fair pricing, their customer service is great, and if I have a special need, they will do their best to meet and exceed expectations! "Eagle Dry Cleaners did an amazing job cleaning my wedding dress! Due to dragging on the ground and the rain, I had many stains at the bottom of the dress. I had taken the dress previously to a different dry cleaner in town and they were unable to get all of the stains out of my dress. I decided to then take the dress to Eagle Dry Cleaners in an effort to get all of the stains removed. They had no trouble at all getting the stains out, it looks like a new dress! I was very impressed and I plan to use them again for my future dry cleaning needs. They are friendly, prompt and great at what they do."

"My husband has been using this dry cleaners since they opened. When he has dropped off his work shirts they have always been returned extremely clean. The employees have always been very friendly and professional. This year my husband dropped off my wedding dress worn for our reception. The bottom was completely gray and black in some areas. We were unsure if all the spots would come out but to our surprise it looks brand new! We highly recommend this business for any dry cleaning needs!"
