"Really disappointed with the quality of services they have provided. The first service was great so I signed up for regular cleaning. They are consistently late without communication. Customer service is also rude when I brought it to their attention. They spent 10 minutes in my bathroom and moved on, when I told them I could still see a soap spill and dirt around the tub she went back in for a few minutes and still didn’t clean these areas. They had to send a different crew to reclean after I sent photos. There are far better companies in this area, especially for the rates you pay."
