"I used their service twice now for a clogged bathtub. First experience the guy was very knowledgeable & professional & fixed my issue no problem. 2nd experience did not go very well. I called for the same issue & paid the $135 for the service but had the same issue the very next day. This is a day after I had B&B come out. This is unacceptable."

"Our main drain was backing up. We Called late in the day and they had someone at our house the following morning. The septic tank hadn’t been pumped in over seven years, so they did that first. I didn’t catch the name of the septic tech, but he was friendly and had the job completed in about 30 minutes total. The clog persisted so he said he would have someone out shortly to run the drain. Tony showed up about 20 minutes later and ran the drain from the septic access, successfully opening it. He did t mine my watching and answered all of my curious questions; great guy. This place is top notch. They are fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend."
