"The people that work here are nice, 7 washers that are out of order and was told by an employee that the owner is not going to replace or fix them. How can you continue to run this business if you won’t fix the machines. You don’t have employees here during the weekend to resolve issues if a washer or dryer lost money on one no number or anything to put your name down to get a refund. Please fix the problem’s or your going to lose business that has been in Milan for many years"
"Ran jumbo washer twice. Water wouldn't spin, 3rd time in regular washer. Spun out. Guess it wasn't my item like she said. Since when are towels plastic??? Expensive when I got done. "50.00 later $6.00 left. Never again. I pd. $50.00 burkes paid $6.25 for 2nd cycle."
