"Regarding Mrs.Smith. 90% of the tree was completed. We were admiss a family crisis involving one of my children and experienced serious medical issues personally. She continually pushed anyway. When informed we couldn't finish the remainder as a result of the double crisis level events she became verbally abusive and threatening. Stating my crisis wasn't her problem all she cared about was her tree. We maintained professionalism despite her and her husband's continually rude behavior and even in good faith sent her money to assist in getting the last of the tree down. There are more facts but this was the main part. Thank you for considering all the facts."
