"We recently purchased a new home that smelled undelightfully like old people. The carpets were in decent shape but extremely old. I booked the services online and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was. I was told prior to his arrival that he will be en route. The whole process of 3 rooms and a hallway was only $124 and unfortunately due to decades without professional cleaning took 3 hours. It was amazing that Nate stayed until he was satisfied. It was a very easy process and fantastic results! I'm so happy with everything and I recommend this business to everyone! My only recommendation would be to allow a custom tip amount because 30% wasn't enough for the amazing work and dedication that was done. Will be booking again for the downstairs and yearly cleanings."
