"I would give 10 stars if possible!! I work with a rescue and took in a kitten that everyone said would die and needed a blood transfusion. Doctor Rovner had me make an appointment right away. Doctor Garison seen us. He spent so so much time explaining and helping me understand. He went so above and beyond to save this kitten who literally was on deaths door. The end results is Doctor Garrison made a treatment plan and this little kitten is making hug improvements everyday!!!! She is going to live and live a healthy life thanks to this amazing veterinarian!!! Word’s just can’t express how thankful i am."

"Between staffing shortages across every industry, a huge increase in pet ownership these past couple years and juggling the pandemic, they made it feel very normal and natural despite having to drop your pet off. The staff was extremely responsive, kind and communicative via both phone and email post appointment. They very both knowledgeable and honest in their assessments and recommendations which I greatly appreciate and felt no pressure at any point of the experience. Needless to say I have found my vet for the duration of my time in Chicago."
